At Zebo’s, we strive to deliver premium quality handbags. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return:
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, incorrect items, or valid return requests.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
Refund Policy:
Approved returns will be eligible for a cash refund after a 20% deduction from the total order amount.
The deduction covers handling, logistics, and processing costs.
Process:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and issue details.
2. Share clear pictures of the product.
3. Our team will review and guide you further.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the product is received and inspected.
Zebo’s reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
